Ok...First off, I know this is by no means the perfect homesteaders pantry. I need more shelves, strong shelves, maybe something cuter than an d basement corner.... But it is MY homestead pantry, and one I'm super proud of. This represents Capability, Confidence, and Commitment to growing and preserving my own food. It also represents a large part of my zero waste journey and a large portion of our food freedom. And the main thing is it's only going to get better year after year.
