Michelle is a Professional Dance Instructor and Movement Coach of many styles for over 30 plus years and now after discovering the benefits of helping deal with pain in 2021 and helping the mind through Qigong, she is certified in Qigong over 5 years, she is now studying in her Advanced Training as a Holden Certified Instructor in Qigong work.
