Should you be interested, there are a few things that you might be able to prepare:

In order for us to reserve a unit for you, kindly complete and sign the site plan and building plan that you would like to reserve (attached) and forward to ourselves once the deposit of R5000 has been paid to the attorneys account. We also require proof of payment of the deposit.

In order to process the purchase we require the following documents (original for legal purposes):
ID documents
3 month’s bank statements issued by the bank
3 month’s payslips
FICA form to be completed (attached)
Credit check form to be completed (attached)
The erf plan signed on the erf you wish to purchase (attached)
Marriage certificate
Tax number with any proof from SARS
Proof of residence (water & lights account)

Of the above the deposit is the most urgent in order to reserve the erf. Please also note that should you be purchasing together with another party, both parties must supply, complete and sign the above-mentioned documentation.

Kindly provide us with all the original signed documents for legal purposes.
