Dr Wafik Moustafa Gaddafi ICC immunity conflict

Dr Wafik Moustafa - Gaddafi lost his immunity as a head of State. And may stand trial at the ICC. There is a fear of Libya divided into East and West if Gaddafi succeeded in prolonging the conflict.
