Sur Ron Wont Turn On Solved! +Luna Customer Support Experience

My Surron won't turn on and in this video I find out why. I bypassed the speed controller and then got power to the bike. this almost certainly means I have some kind of short in my speed controller so I'm sending it back to luna. Luna cycles was awesome with support and are even sending me the new controller before they receive my return. I'm not sure of the official warranty on these bikes but I have heard stories of people getting batteries replaced after a full year of use so I think they treat their customers right for sure. looks like I'll be back up and riding the e-bike in a week so look forward to more videos!
