Himeko is indeed better with E1 Fugue. Anaxa E2 is a powerful debuffer that makes him even more useful in Break teams through additional DEF Shred + RES Down. He can also achieve 100% DEF Shred (which is the case here), and Swarm bug litteraly can't kill this team with proper Ultimate timing. Still a super fun team!!
