Unless your Cordelia is plus speed then you will have to run spees seal or hone or spur speed suppoet on an adjacent dancer. Though having all weapons enequipped on your dancers does affect AI movement. Lissa would instead go around the wall instead of with Chrom and he wouldn't get the speed buff.
