Dr. David Manock discusses his biographical influences, education, and background that were formative in his professional development

I received my Ph.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary, School of Psychology in Pasadena, California. I also hold two master’s degrees: MS. MFT and M.Div. I have been involved in Higher Education since 1999 and practice psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families since 1996.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I also have extensive experience working with couples to either enhance their relationships or to work through relational healing necessitated by addiction or an affair.

I believe that Neuroscience has clearly demonstrated that humans are hard wired for relationship and the best way to understand and process a person's personal, subjective world is to be present, attune and resonate with their heart desires rather than the symptoms of their pain and struggles which requires relational healing.
