Minecraft has splashes now?

Minecraft has splashes now? In the recent Minecraft Caves & Cliffs Part II trailer, Alex falls into the new lush caves biome in the water with axolotls. When doing so, she causes a splash and ripples to appear in the water. Since that effect isn't actually in Minecraft, I decided to code it in myself and make a mod for it.
