Basic pancake recipe

Pancake Filling
Mix 250 grams of curd cheese (Twaróg), 3–4 tablespoons of yogurt, a handful of chopped strawberries and sugar to taste. Spread the mixture over half of the pancake and fold it into a triangle.

Chocolate Sauce
Add half a cup of powdered sugar, a quarter of a cup of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of milk to a bowl. Mix until smooth.
