1711 Website, Audio Isolation Attempt

Using a low pass filter setting of 190hz slowing the speed by 400%, reducing the treble and boosting the bass, it sounds as though there may be audio hidden in the "Card" section of the .wav file

I'm not very good at editing Audio, and this is the best I could do, but maybe someone with some more experience could isolate further.
