In this short video, I'm going to show you a simple knee rehab exercise which is perfect for runners who are recovering from knee pain, or those who are recovering from knee surgery. This inner range quads hold is fantastic for beginning the process of regaining strength in the quadriceps muscles - a muscle group that tends to atrophy quickly and loose strength as soon as knee pain begins.
If you're struggling with knee pain, be sure to see a physiotherapist or similarly qualified expert to help you with a proper diagnosis, treatment plan, and rehabilitation programme.
