what i eat in a week as an italian living in canada :)

although i wish i could be eating my nonna’s food every day of the year, this is what i actually eat on an everyday basis 😅
when i lived in italy i never had to cook for myself because my parents own two restaurants and i would just go eat there, so i'm still really new at cooking and i cook random things based on what i feel like eating.
i also wanted to mention that my eating habits are not great (as you might have noticed) but this is just what works for my current lifestyle. i eat at really weird times sometimes because my sleep schedule is really messed up and I woke up at 12/1pm most days when i’m not working. also i usually only have a coffee for breakfast because I don’t feel like eating anything for the first few hours after I wake up, and i sometimes skip meals because I simply don’t feel like cooking twice in a day lol. i'm hoping to start eating healthier but atm this is my reality 🥲

My name is Rosie, I'm 27 and my life is a bit confusing so I'm writing this lol.
To make it easy:
I was born and raised in Northern Italy, in the region of Veneto.
My whole family still lives there (my mom, dad, and little sister Marty).
I moved to Toronto, Canada, at 19 all alone to ✨find myself✨ (spoiler: it didn't work, I got more lost if anything).
So now, I live half my life in Italy and half in Canada.
Also, my mom is from Moldova (a country in Eastern Europe), and my dad is from Calabria (a region in Southern Italy). Both my grandmas still live there, so you'll occasionally see me going there too.
I hope this clears things up a bit... or maybe it makes them more confusing lol.
