Small-time thief Samantha (Cheryl Lee) and her partner rob a sports memorabilia store. During the heist, her partner is killed, but Samantha manages to escape with valuable baseball cards. Fleeing into the desert, she hides in an abandoned truck in Death Valley. There, she encounters June, a naive housekeeper dreaming of escaping her dull life. Their unusual meeting forces both women to reconsider their paths: Samantha faces a chance at a new beginning, while June steps into dangerous territory. As Samantha’s past closes in, she must decide whether to trust her new friend or return to her old ways. A crime drama about friendship, betrayal, and redemption.
