What is 'Integration' in Counselling and Psychotherapy?

What is psychotherapy integration, and how does it relate to eclecticism and pluralism? In this short video, I discuss the four main forms of psychotherapy integration: theoretical integration, assimilative integration, common factors, and eclecticism; and their relationship to pluralistic philosophy and practice.

The video is aimed at integrative and pluralistic trainees and therapists, as well as counsellors and psychotherapists of other orientations.
