UT Yellow: this one rabbit NPC

This NPC shows up in Honeydew Resort and also in the Wild East after the "train problem" mission. They've got different dialogue depending on if you talked to them in the resort or not. Minor stuff, but I haven't seen anyone talk to this NPC in the Wild East without meeting them in Snowdin, so I'm uploading it to share.
