They added new liquids, Zombie, Unicorn, Milk, Kerosene, Holy Water, Water, and you can create new liquids like Angel Tears, Devil Tears, Holy Water (not really new), Primordial Soup. They added an entirely new Scorched Earth mode featuring new mechanics, and the MILK MAN!! which gets more powerful as you get more and more milk!
