Michelle Thompson, W5NYV has been doing a great job of telling everyone about the work of the Phase 4 Ground Team. Zach Leffke, KJ4QLP, and I are going to begin doing videos about Virginia Techs work where it is not controlled. We have an experimental ground terminal and satellite transponder which is narrow band but allows for experimentation with RF devices and some protocols.
