As a certified strength coach, yoga instructor, and new mom, I’ve come to believe this deeply: The movement we do throughout our daily lives is just as important — if not more — than the workouts we squeeze into our schedules.
From carrying my daughter, to crawling on the floor, to lifting groceries and dancing in the kitchen — movement is everywhere. And when we shift our mindset away from “missed workouts” and toward being present in our bodies, fitness becomes something we live, not something we check off.
