MOC 3.3, full E0S1 team + Gallagher, no DDD no Eagle, a very standard sustain team with normal builds that still 0-cycle effectively. This time featuring SW instead of Cipher.

Silver Wolf works in this case because Hoolay attacks too frequently that E0 SW energy problem in 0-cycle is no longer an issue, but the problem can still be seen whenever the boss change phase, her debuffs disappear, that's why Cipher is more optimal for 0-cycle compared to SW. Cipher team can 3 cost 0-cycle this boss w/ sustain, which is easier, but still if you have SW she still work just fine
