Paracopter Tutorial 2: higher launches, better consistency [Tears of the Kingdom v1.2.1]

In this video, I will show you how to consistently launch 2km (and occasionally hit the height limit!) using a new paracopter design. This should be able to get you onto pretty much any sky island in the game.
