Carney aims to make Canada a ‘superpower’ with ‘nation-building’ bill | Power & Politics

The federal government introduced legislation on Friday that it says will eliminate federal barriers to internal trade and laid out the standards for nation-building infrastructure projects. Energy and Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson joins Power & Politics to discuss that new legislation.
