The broth was rich but not overly salty. 🍜
I expected the noodles to be more chewy, but for me, they were a bit on the soft side.
The chashu had a perfect balance of fat and lean, making it very tender!
They also offered the watermelon water in the restaurant was quite unique and refreshing.

點了豚骨和醬油拉麵，分量不算大
湯頭濃郁但不會過於死鹹
麵是手工的以為會很Q但其實還好
叉燒肥瘦比例剛好，吃起來很嫩!
整體口味上對我來說其實沒有到很驚艷
餐廳內提供的西瓜水倒是蠻特別的

順便提一下他們的收費是直接包含11%的小費(雖說有寫可以remove)
已經給的話，餐後記得就不用再給小費啦!
