分享一鍋到底的粥品!! 除了南瓜跟白米,其他的食材通通可以替換成自己喜歡的,是個適合所有年齡層的料理喔。
換成豬肉片、鯛魚、鱸魚、吻仔魚也很搭~

*食材(1-2人份):
南瓜 1/4顆
米 1/2米杯
水(米:水=1:6 米杯)
蛋 1顆
中卷 1條
蛤蠣 適量
蝦 6隻
調味料(鹽、白胡椒)
芹菜末 適量
油蔥酥 適量
*Ingredients
Pumpkin 1/4
Rice 70g
Water 540c.c.
Egg x1
Neritic Squid x1
Clam
Shrimp x5
Salt
White Pepper
Celery
Fried Shallots
*步驟(Recipes)
00:00 白米洗淨,靜置 (Washed rice and set them aside)
00:19 南瓜去籽、切塊狀、削皮 (Pared and cut pumpkin)
01:30 芹菜切末 (Minced celery)
02:33 中卷去皮、切塊 (Sliced neritic squid)
03:25 在鍋中放入白米與水、南瓜,並開大火煮滾 (Put rice, water and pumpkin into pot and boiled them )
04:32 煮至米粒熟透後先關至中/小火,放入海鮮食材並攪拌(When pumpkin and rice were cooked through, put all the seafood into pot and stirred them)
05:17 加入蛋並迅速拌開(Add an egg)
05:39 加入芹菜末、油蔥酥及調味料(Add celery, fried shallots, salt and white pepper )
06:23 與晚餐一起享用(Done!)
