Optoma HD70 Color Wheel Failure?

Took this video of a strange issue that just started on my Optoma HD70. Not sure if it's bulb failure or something more serious.

Edit: This was a color wheel issue, likely from dust build up on the color wheel. I followed this guide to fix it

The guide is for dust blobs (which I also fixed at that time), but I was also able to reach the color wheel in the process and give it a good cleaning. Not that hard, so if you have one and are having the same issue, give it a shot and you might be able to get some more life out of your projector.
