@WiseAlphaMale

Self improvement is a journey. You will grow 0.001% everyday. Push through any mental road blocks because when you feel as if you aren't growing is when you are growing the most.

@takanomemihawk7860

Two of the best interviewers in the self developpement field talking together.
That is more than nice to watch

@angie0269b

These people explain things so well. Thank you!

@alxpmi

Try quitting socials guys! It´s been one of the best decisions I´ve ever made and I am sure I am not the only one. Also, if you really want to connect yourself and be present, reduce stress and anxiety, try leaving your phone at home for a few hours. You´ll see how beautiful the world is. Happy holidays and cheers from Buenos Aires this time ;)

@LeadersOnPurposePodcast

This was a truly insightful and thought provoking conversation. Dan's distinction between stress and anxiety, and his emphasis on the power of human connection, really resonated. The idea of asking "What do you need right now?" when reaching for a phone feels like a practical way to build awareness.

@MsMaxmotivation

I love when Jay gives his input, I learn so much from him as well

@leialuminous

Seriously, if you start putting in all the work, all of a sudden all you want is change and good energy for everyone. You feel so much happier and you just want everyone else to experience the nirvana of the present moment and more open-minded possibilities.❤

@robhuc

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against Suicidal, depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

@Rozzaye

Some people interview very well and he is one of those people ‼️

@TheUndergrad

What a defining interview. I've been going through such metaphorical growing pains and this exchange (that I'm still 27:18 in) is what feels like one of the answers I've been praying for. The real long-term and defining solutions are action and evidence based, that's on me. Action cures fear. Thank you, thank you both. 🌱

@chancestreetman8314

I need to listen to this full podcast again and take notes this time. 😊

@BeyoutifulBadass

Such a lovely and insightful interview, and one I'd keep coming back to. I'm a huge fan of both of you and your work—thank you!

@nathanleung5592

Thank you so much for the episodes this year, I am working and crafting my own identity for 2025! I do have so many other people close to me that loves to mess with it, but I work on it to always make it better. Looking forward to setting intentions and goals for the next year. Keep up the podcast in 2025 Jay! :washhands:

@life23k

So intriguing and interesting episode! Loved every bit of it. 😊

@sonatak304

For me, something that helped with the "don't say to yourself what you wouldn't say to a friend, it helps me to personify those friends as in, I wouldn't say this to so and so [insert friends names] and visualize these people, so then I can't say this to me either. Couple that with mirror affirmations, affirm what you do want to say to yourself, I was surprised that it got easier with time, at the beginning it feels really awkward but eventually it feels integrated.

@michelledupuis123

Fantastic interview. I needed some reminders of things I know and also learned some new things that I feel will be life changing for me!
Thank you thank you thank you! Love, light, and gratitude 💙🕯️🙏🏻
