Beautiful trout! I know how you feel, I just caught a 21 inch tiger trout on a size 20 dry fly. I've only been fly fishing for 2 months now and love your content 👍

Wow. I'm a giant brownies fan!!! Nothing better than hooking up on monster brown. Love it man. That's the excitement we all wish for on the water

First time i ever went trout fishing was the upper sacramento river in Dunsmore,1970 I was using a rubber cricket on a small feeder stream.there was a tree fall across it. I thought a trout would like hanging out under it so i casted and boom a 22 in brown hit it what a blast, i tried it again and boom got another one 22 ins. Man i was hooked. I couldnt get enough fishing for the next 40 years. Love the river scene.

I reeled in a 26" brown at 7 years old. It grabbed a float rig (a fly with two worm hooks on the end of 9# test, with a painted section of broom handle behind). My dad was WAY more excited than I was.

@TonyHookedonVanlife

Ate several like that from the Rio Grande outside of Creede, CO back in the 90s. Caught so many you didn't even bother keeping anything till almost sunset. Hit mostly #3 Mepps Aglia spinners, Panther Martins, or hammered copper spoons. Caught mostly browns, but in certain stretches you'd get rainbows too.

Holy crap is right! What a magnificent fish. For a big part of my like I was obsessed with catching big Brown Trout fly fishing (which means I was frustrated most of the time). I got my first 20”+ Brown on the Green River a number of years ago. I’m no where near the fisherman you are (it took a guide with lots of experience to find the fish for me). But I saw him, made a good cast (for once), and up he came for the fly. One of the greatest memories of my life! BTW , your videos are great. You fish in such beautiful waters, catch great fish, release them, and then share your experiences. Thanks for all that.

Beauty, the colors are amazing

So cool! Caught a monster in Lake Michigan around seven pounds while pear fishing with a spoon!
