The fact that his recovery run is better than my marathon race day run shows how great he is!!

@saferandquieteroads

Another great educational video. Thanks James

@OaxSport

Great insights, James! Watching pro runners like Kipchoge at slower paces is invaluable for learning perfect form. Thanks for breaking down the technique and offering practical tips. Excited to try the exercises! 🏃‍♂💪 #RunningForm #StayInjuryFree

Good breakdown

Kipchoge has some crazy eversion on his left foot

@Ziekeman69

Hi James, great video! I'm of course not as good as those guys but I'm a decent runner with a 32.30 10km pb. But I have the exact same issue as the guy in the blue you singled out. Do I need to work on my knee drive? Just push the knee further or try to hold longer? Thanks in advance!

@marcmarple3358

So what drills can we do to go from the guy in blue to more like Kipchoge?

@TorstigHjalmr

Interesting how they all look like they are bobbing up and down at 11:03

@BrentChua87

It kind of looks like his vertical oscillation is high…?

@phutrinh686

it is dynamic movements bro. you can not cut it in pieces and analyze it.
