I believe this version was actually the same one used for the season 1 credits. The reason it was probably used for the English intro was because the network probably wasn't sure how it would do, so they didn't bother to translate the song. Also, I miss Miguzi, and TV blocks in general.

This was how I remember it as a kid. The lyrics version threw me off but I still loved this show for helping me out of my shitty summer situation with my dad. Every time I heard this come on I knew my day was about to get a lot better.
