Honami know Kiyotaka can leave her anytime, that's why she never expect any love from him. Being with him and loving him already enough for her (she said this to Kei). While Kei and almost any girls expect Kiyotaka to accept their love and in return Kiyotaka love them back. This is clear difference between Honami and Kei right now.
