People complaining about the noise like they never been in a restaurant before, people complaining about the food being raw ou barely cooked when it's something usual speaking about sushi, people comparing a Master cook to their street vendor ... People are so self-centred, selfish and so utterly ignorant of the world outside of their immediate neighbourhood, it's amazing and not in a good way. The whole video was mazing, I loved every minutes of it. Such clean refined cooking. I would love to try if I could afford it. Thank you for sharing.

I love the delicate way Chef had with wasabi, yuzu, and sauce on the sushi, which would let more of the fish shine as you bite. I was amazed that there is a right eye and left eye flounder, who knew? The hand roll was thoughtfully served along with the mix of tuna! Thank you for this visit to Sushi Mura!
