Leslie Sansone is an OG. She has been in this fitness game for YEARS. And I've always loved the simplicity of her workouts. And her energy and laugh are unmatched! I just started doing these walking workouts as supplements to the workouts I already do when I need to add more steps!

I'm still here, 2025, walking with you! Started these walks in 1999 when a friend invited me over to walk "on a RAINY" day (in her living room). I got hooked!! Amazing simple to do walking program. Still walking with you!!!!

I'm an 18 year old highschool student who doesn't have a lot of activity in my schedule. This is the 3rd on of these videos I've done and I love it. It's a good workout and it's fun to see everyone communicate with each other and enjoy the walks. I believe everyone should be doing these!
I started walking 6 weeks ago with these videos when my treadmill broke. I feel so much better with these exercises thank you so much.
Just finished this, love it. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with high cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as dealing with anxiety issues, so I'm trying to get more active each day to make me healthier all around
I started this walk at home workout during the spring of 2024 and have continued into 2025. I am proud to say that I have lost nearly 70 pounds and also no longer need bp meds. I do a different walk 4 to 5 days a week and this walk is my favorite. Thank you Leslie for your smiling face and fun walks. 🎉😊

I’ve been doing these videos since I was 19- I’m almost 42 now! I remember having them on VHS tapes. My favorite work out ever!
