I've played since early last June, first gacha game, no idea what I was doing. Jianxin looked cute, used selector on her. Liked her gameplay, used beginner on S1. Almost a year in, I have every single 5 star in the game...except Verina (Jianxin is S6 now).

As someone who came to WuWa and hoyo games from gachas where all or most characters are added to the general pool after their initial run plus a grace period, anytime someone says a character is "too good for the standard banner" I am just shaking my head in disappointment. Don't make excuses for these companies. It doesn't have to be like that.

Even if Shorekeeper is a better support in most cases, I prefer Verina with Jiyan and Jinhsi because I feel the rotation is so good.

She's been my main support until I got Shorekeeper. The only worthy 5* on the standard banner while the rest being weapons instead as an alternative of not getting the sig or the character has no sig at all.

Ngl the only real comparison is Bronya from Hsr, Bronya was the only character back in 1.x that didn't feel like a standard since she was so good but obviously now Sunday and Sparkle exist so I'm wondering if smth similar will happen to Verina

The Voucher will end at the end of Anniversary and its funny in Livestream they showed Verina being the most used best support, it was a nice show they know Verina is a great support unit for an entire year I personally got Calcharo from Voucher because Jiyan Verdant Summit weapon came in 1 pity 1 single pull! I was shocked. So Calcharo it was and I actually like his playstyle, reminds me of C0 Wriothesley dashing mid combo. Anyway in the 50 Convene discounted Banner, I got Jianxin whom I was dissapointed in. Then the 80 choice follow and I picked Verina, she came home in 10 pulls! Im UL30 and Ive had a tremendous boost so early. Im pretty happy with it 😊

Edit: I miss understood Mikxy which was part me being dumb and part him talking about the Anniversary event giving a 5* standard voucher which doesn't exist the only 5* standard voucher available is the one we got during WuWa's release. Just woke up maybe I miss heard you but were exactly are you getting 3 Verina's from there is the beginner Selector Banner and the wuwa release 5 Star Standard Banner Voucher there is ONE Voucher there was never a second one unless you are talking about leaks and those have been debunkt already. The only other voucher supposedly comes in 2.4 and that isn't a new voucher it's a refresh of the release one for people who started after the release voucher expired people who have already gotten and or used the release voucher will not get a new one it's like a returnee / new player thing.

Wuwa probably regret not to nerf her as well as Calcharo. Especially when there was no more so universal support and fast char since the start except Shorekeeper

They should revamp the standard characters for them to be atleast meta in a specific niche, doesn't have to be Verina level value, but atleast competitive. Please put this on your feedback always!

2:08 at lanche of the game, I obtained her and also was mad but right now, I am so happy that I have been able to get her at start and now have her on s2, so yea, she is amazing and I use her stil since 1.0

because verina is highly buffing your units 15% atk and 15% amplified atk plus the echo fallacy. and yes SK is the thing but SK is a limited banner so. the only way to buff your DPS is only verina and Baizhi. and also you need to read the kits before pulling characters in the banner. This is the most number one mistake for the players too not reading the kits first. 😅
