I work at Walmart and this is painfully accurate.. Except we don't get sick days at all. We get 5 points, and if we reach 5 we get fired. We accumulate PPTO we get like half an hour each 7 hour shift 💀 that we can save up to use. Oh and if you want to spend a holiday with family? Sucks to suck, those are key days and are worth double points if you call in. I'm most likely quiting after the summer

Accurate Harumasa lol. I don't really understand sick days. Where I live, you call in sick, and then you give your boss a doctor's note. Edit: I just finished his story, I was sobbing and this made me cackle lol. Bro NEVER thinks this through

Where do you live? If you're sick you're sick, you call the doctor, he tells you to stay home and he gives you certificate to not work

Sick days were meant to be your day off & also allow you to get paid for that day off hence naming it the "sick" day. Or otherwise known as a (PTO) day PTO being Paid Time Off 🎉🎉🎉
