Doesn't "fix" ending as far things related to Kenjaku as antagonist that was unfortunately wasted and some world building aspects not greatly addressed (Tengen/maintaining barrier, implications of US knowing about cursed energy, stuff related to Yuki's mission to deal with cursed energy, etc). But at least better addresses a few things on a character level for certain specific characters.
