Greece wasn’t actually considered Inferior by Hitler because of Greece’s thousands of years of history which he admired and even said the Greeks were of a higher race when he said something along the lines of “While our ancestors were huddled in caves, the Greeks had built the pantheon” I’m not sure that’s exactly what he said but it was close to that

Hitler actually considered ethnic ties with strong ancient ties to be “respectable” and not as inferior as this map says. So Italy, Greece, Spain, and France wouldn’t be considered significantly inferior

There was no way Hitler regarded the British as slightly inferior. He knew the British Empire dominated the globe and was willing to make peace with Attlee then Churchill and let Britain keep its Empire.
