Found this song today and as a recovering alcoholic I gotta say, this man is literally singing my life’s experience. Being left in jail for dumb shit I’ve done, no one there to help. Desperate for blind love. “I dial drunk, I’ll die a drunk, I’d die for you”. …..sheesh the feels. Bravo 👏

As the daughter of an alcoholic...this hits so hard. Charming to alarming, the justifying the dialing drunk because they love you and would die for you. The manipulation. The whole song feels like a conversation with my Dad.
