Itadori and Nobara have one of those dynamics that (if she wasn't ((killed?)) off) could've easily worked as being goofy friends or developing into a relationship. I'm not even mad at Gege for taking Nobara out for so long cause she's a great character or has potential (not that either of those are false) but because he took away the best dynamic in the show Also fun fact: The reason Itadori was stressing when Nobara asked abt Maki is cause Maki's canonically Yuji's type (if you've seen her manga design rn, you get what I mean)

They are my favorite anime couple right now (and yes I am caught up with the manga, I’ve just never believed for a second that she’s dead-dead). Too often shonen heros end up with some shy cute girl who doesn’t even participate actively in the story. I like these two because they actually get along, can support each other in a fight, are already great friends, and their personalities match. If she wakes up from what happened to her in Shibuya (and I think she will!) then I’d be happy if she and Yuji end up together. Yuji has suffered enough, he deserves the best girl Nobara ❤. And she deserves the hero, Yuji 💖.

There is no way they did not have feelings for each other, even Nobara cried once for Itadori. It wouldnt be surprising for her to say that she didnt like him because of her arrogant personality, she aint a type of person to express her feelings anyways lol.
