This is all relevant,  but you did forget Marvel comics #1 ๐Ÿ˜ฎ and as far as pricing, it all depends on condition ๐Ÿค” prices change week to week.
I did enjoy this short very much, but the Only comic ahead of detective comics # 27, first appearance of Batman, is Action comics # 1 ๐Ÿ˜Š
