@Carolevw

Sadly, humans do forget. Over time they see the damage of previous craters, tsunamis to ancient buildings. and lava flows. When there is complete destruction there is no memory except for the studies of good men like yourself who try and piece it all together. Thankyou for this amazing video. Lest we forget.

@D3m3nz4

Would love to see you do a simulation video of Campi Flegrei since it is being spicy lately.

@balesjo

A great video simulation! People don't realize that massive eruption like the 1600BCE eruption of Santorini, or like Tamboro in 1815, are not relegated to the history books. The earth is as active now as it was in centuries and millennia in the past. There will be future massive volcanic eruptions that will be disruptive in an overcrowded and technology dependent world.

@willowflowerchild

This is an excellent simulation. I am so impressed. Could you do one that simulates a massive tsunami wave hitting the entire coast of North America? I’d also love to see a simulation of the Icelandic volcano if it were erupting today.

@andynutt4501

Having recently walked the Cretean paths of Chania and through the wonderful museum this video brings a tear to my eyes. The truth sets us free. Thank you so much.

@nsbd90now

I was able to visit Santorini long ago. It was amazing to realize I was looking at such a significant volcano.

@HearturMind

I have been waiting for this. THANK YOU!!!!

@russellhenderson8941

That was so good with the graphics and breakdown of the events. Well done subbed.

@briansivley2001

Can you do a similar simulation for either The Yellowstone Caldera or Lake Toba if one of those volcanoes erupted? I think it would be really interesting to see such a simulation.

@johngibson3837

Hey up mate this was absolutely brilliant thanks for your wonderful work and words

@jennifermcgeorge6983

Yes, very interesting.
Thank you for this production.

@williammaxwell1919

Santorini, Etna, Stromboli, Vesuvius, Teide, and Pico; which is the next to write it's name in the destructive annals of history? All are over due.

@lilacs529

Excellent and interesting video, very professional. Thank you

@Badger69-96

I've noticed that volcanic activity is not a solo event. If one is playing up, then there's another one doing the same regardless of distance. What if 2 super volcanoes were to erupt at the same time?
Keep up the good work ✌️💯

@WitchyLady21

Great video! The scary part is that everything in the first phase just prior to the phreatic eruptions is happening right now. I really hope this video doesn't become a prophetic "I-told-you-so".

@jamezxh

Excellent work. The Santorini Cataclysm has always fascinated me.

@panosts432

Great video and great efford.Thank you mate.
And now think that 1 year ago,we found out that the previous huge eruption before the Minoan eruption, was at least 10 times bigger. Santorini is a sleeping giant and thank God it needs at least 10.000 years from now to reach that point for a Minoan eruption. Nissiros on the other hand...
Please do a Nissiros video as well.

@SJ-Gody

Well done. Very well put together.

@MoonglowMeadows

Omg, even more shocking than I expected. Everyone should be made to evacuate with no choice. It's unfair to leave rescue teams behind because they'll be condeming them to death. If they made it through the first phase, they wouldn't escape the second. Some people said they would stay, but once hell unleashes, they will regret that choice, and might not get a second chance to leave. Just hope people evacuate as many animals as humanly possibly.

@brigitasiewert1870

Well done, that was just terrific
