READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING.
Hello all! I saw a lot of comments about the fact that Izuku could hear his middle school teacher, and my reasoning for it is that Izukus hearing was damaged, but it gradually got worse. So he could barely understand him (but he was also standing nearby) but still understand him :) So Izuku is not technicay deaf, but hearing impaired/hard of hearing :)

@speakeasy_cali

I feel recognition just watching this. I was born deaf and I have been used to it ever since. So I want to say thanks for making this video because I feel recognized for my own disability and I’m sure all the other deaf people like me would appreciate a video like this as they deserve to be recognized for their own disability too (:

@quik.silvrr

i have what deku has in this. its empowering seeing the entirety of the deaf community supporting eachother no matter if they were born with it, lost hearing due to old age, or due injuries/ect. in most cases this is reality, but i cant wait til its the reality of everything

@Its_JustJaz

The fact that deku took the time to learn sign language in case bakugo ever went deaf because of his quirk makes this super heartbreaking😭

@Yo.Its.Nyaysha

I'm honestly surprised that Deku didn't go deaf from Bakugou's bullying in the anime. Anyway, this video was great, and it really shows what the outcome could've been if Deku was deaf.

@the_1_u_h8

My parents came into my room to see if I was alright because they heard my from across out house yelling "SUE HIM"

@Literallyjust_me

Fun Fact: Midoriya canonicly know sign language in case bakugou goes deaf because of his quirk ⊂((・▽・))⊃

@Wingsoffirefreak

This AU is the best I’ve seen yet! It’s so nice to see someone making a vid about a disability that a lot of people have. I wish you well in your career ❤

@Cherri_Berri

From now on, I'll always know Izuku as "The Hero Of Hope" My mom works at a school where they work with blind, deaf, and special needs kids. This is amazing and every single deaf person watching this now knows that no matter what, they can accomplish their dreams. :)
Edit: Omg- 131 likes?! O_o

@4-art-ver469

I love how for once it's not a bakudeku story
It's just Shinso being a good Friend
And bakuhoe getting EXACTLY what he deserved
And showing how toxic of a person he really was

@zenitsuagatsuma6452

I feel appreciated with this video, i feel shinsou, i am also selectively mute and i learnt sign language to communicate and taught my friends but over time they forgot and just stopped paying attention to me while i was mute. Shinsou makes me feel better about my disorder so thank you <333 your videos deserve much more love

@mazuyttt3684

I was born with left sided hearing loss and even though I'm not fully deaf I still want to learn ASL, and I even read lips when I can't hear in large crowds, this video is very validating for me that there are other people like me

@KacchanxDeku26

I love how you did a lesson on it. Even if you have a disability you can still conquer your dreams. I love that. As someone who has ADHD I'm so happy you can put a disability and make it into a thing that people can see through. I know I'm not making very good sense. But overall, Thank you for putting a disability into the light.

                                                                                                                                           With love, One of your Many, many fans.

@IvyboomArtlif

I was expecting all might to appear at the start and say “if u hurt young midoriya,you will be the next deaf and blind person.”

@ihvikvjvjck3357

I just want to say that the ending was beautiful it spreads awareness of the world of a deaf person

@Lllae-eq2qy

8:51 i was practically crying. These 2 should be seen together more often in the anime im sure they would get along!

@Nokryo

This video really hit good, like I was born with hearing loss, but now I'm a half deaf person. I often get bullied all the time in school, sometime even told to go kms since I'm just practically useless now

@PotatoPeri0dic

Honestly I feel partly recognized 10:17 because I am 97% deaf and my younger sister is fully mute so we could just spend hours talking in sign language to each other❤❤❤

@jsxio.69

I Have Claimed My Ticket, AND I AM READY FOR THE BEST MHA GCMM EVERRRRR❤❤❤❤

@user-scarlete2350

Nahhh cause if someone made me go deaf I would NEVER be this chill about like the way I would start crashing out💀🤚
