People are thinking that boruto sucks cuz of the power levels but they don't bother to try to understand how drastically the story has developed in boruto tbv how each character has become interesting they just think character development is just power levels and it's logical to make it like this as there was a quote " the newer generation will always surpass the older generation* plus this is a show where it will ofc focus on boruto and the other characters
