Yes, when her mental block is gone she can regenerate, but that only happens in a traumatic situation or near death but if her brain is destroyed before she can think about it / if she gets a instant death the mental block will not go off due to her already being dead she doesn’t come back to life she she regenerates in near death

Her limiter is temporarily bypassed when she's dying, but I suspect it wouldn't work if she was DEAD. What backs that up is that she couldn't revive Oliver. If she can't "undead" someone else, what indicates she she can "undead" herself.
