Raiden had a really good run. Where so many characters only held relevance for a few months to a year, she lasted nearly 3. She will still be usable but power of other characters are rising Nice overview of Raiden's performance!

raiden will always be my comfort zone for energy recovery that i don't have to worry about team rotation. all characters will get their energy fully replenished in a single switch.

Welp, tier lists based on the current usage inside Spiral Abyss are kinda pointless. Most of the time, either blessings or the specific enemies favour some units in this artificial, non-generic environmental conditions. Not just the Spiral Abyss that isn't an objective tool to measure one's performance. There are events that highly favour some recent units *wink*

I still play her. Had her at C0 for a long time. After I got Arleccino, I got Shogun to C2 with defense bypass, which helped her stay as one of my favorite DPS units.

We're in a state of DPS in every element do massive damage from the get-go. Raiden is just ahead of her time, way way ahead.

Ei's still the most versatile Electro character to this day and that won't change anytime soon. She still can slot into a variety of teams as a double Hydro driver, National driver, Hyperbloom bot, a battery for Physical teams, and more. And her C2/C3 main DPS options still hold up well, especially when used with C6 Chevreuse. But sadly, she unfortunately falls off in terms of damage even at that level when compared to more recent DPS options such as Neuvillette, Mualani, Kinich, and especially Mavuika. Doing this recent combat event with the floors and the gap between Mavuika and Raiden especially is so wide that it's almost unfair. My C0 Mavuika with an R5 Mailed Flower was doing more than double the damage my C6 Raiden was doing, even discounting Nightsoul shilling. Iansan is on the way but she won't particularly do anything too crazy for Raiden teams either. But even so, I'm sticking with her until EoS even if she loses her versatility niche. I got into Genshin purely for her and my enthusiasm for her is eternal.

It's strange that literal god's can get power crept…I think it would be a smart move for genshin to buff the old archons, it would encourage new players to pull for them on their reruns

day 1 raiden appreciator. raiden took my whale card. from raiden mei to the shogun to acheron, shes my main and goat in every universe. still one of the greatest things to ever come out of mihoyo
