We need more 4 stars, the problem is not phoebe, is the spectro frazzle and we gonna have the same issue with carthetya using aero debuff, we need 4 stars to fulfill that slot.

The advantages of having phoebe for zani are faster rotation, longer burst uptime and higher DMG output, it's actually achievable with spec rover but you really need to have skills when it comes to their rotations to properly stack frazzle😅

It's not even a lackluster performance. Of course she'll perform better with a premium support, like every other DPS before her. If anything, it's the Spectro Frazzle management. Still she works and beat bosses easy even when solo.

The problem is new debuff application, as they addressed it when they first introduced it in 2.0, they will work on adding new debuff effect on 1.x characters. But I guess it will take time

my opinion, we need a 4 star applicator for every debuff in game even if they arent used yet, just have them apply like 5 stacks for each elements the team uses (zani, rover, & 4* =10-15 stacks of spectro frazzle depending on 4* element) it may be power creep but it’s literally a 1 stop shop for debuff teams and it wouldnt be as bad considering how they wouldnt buff the damage of the debuff like ciaconcca or zani they’d just apply it

people were bitching when Mavuika was released because she needs Natlan teammates to be good...yeah no she's actually already good by herself Natlan teammates made her waaaay busted...I pulled Citlali & Xilonen later and Mavuika became too OP one shotting anything that move...so Zani is fine people will always gonna bitch about something

Zani is the first instance I've seen of "if you like her get her and build her potential" I love phoebe and zani so putting them on a team together is a plus. That and I can build my aero rover for caiccona
