Apparently I couldn’t even survive a day in the current day. Am I wrapped in bubble wrap?
I lived homeless in the forest for 6 months
As compared to medieval peasant an average middle class or even poor class at present times in 21st century is living in paradise.
Imagine if people in those days saw a helicopter 🤣
The smells would be brutal but the straw beds filled with fleas & other lovelies would be even worse. 😂😱
this is why i will never understand why so many modern people are so ungratefull. im thankfull that my ancestors made it.. life back then was hell on earth but they somehow went thrue with it. im a normal guy but im right now having a better life then a king in the middle ages.. never forget what our ancestors created here for us. allthough i think that this video only speaks about the very worst parts in history. There were defenitely times and villages that lived much better then shown in this video. at times they had kings and royalty that actually cared more about their people. and "herbal" women where not always seen as witches. They could often help with natural herbs to stop bleedings and infections and heal people.
The bad habit of westerners of not washing the backside with water still persists despite incredible technology and advancement. Use water to clean that place. How can you keep walking around in those fancy suits and offices, and still dirty there. It takes just 1 minute and small amount of water.
You go from showing pictures of the Middle Ages to ones of the pilgrims and one even showed covered wagons .
Okay, so, let's go through MY journey. Let's say on waking up it only takes me a minute or so to get my bearings and accept what has happened. I take care of my bladder, and then since I know a decent amount of history, I come back inside and know not to drink any straight water so I hydrate on the slowly rolling pottage broth or a thin beer. I'm still GI naive so I'd no doubt have a few problems, but I don't get sick. I know how to take care of my teeth in primitive environments, so I'm still going. I know way more than enough to avoid 'doctors' of that time, still fine. Very unhappy, wanting to get back to my time, but still going. I don't have to worry about childbirth. My migraines would put me down too often and make long term life difficult, but this is just one day, I've got a 6 to 1 chance to not have one that day. Food? Yep, that pottage again, or that 'plate bread' from an inn which I leave ASAP. As I'm a descendant of those who SURVIVED the Black Death and etc, I'm good on that stuff. I'm fully vaccinated and know how to avoid recurring diseases. I know to fit in and give lip service to the silly religions of the day. Could I survive? Sure. Would it STINK to an indescribable degree? Yes. But I'd be alive....
This video really puts modern life into perspective! 😳 Could you survive even 12 hours without clean water, medicine, or basic rights? Which part of Dark Ages life shocks you the most? For me, it’s the ‘toilet situation’… no thanks!
Hi, is it possible you could list the TV shows and movies you get your footage from?
It takes 3 days to die of thirst, I'll make it at least that long haha
these vids are all repeats that are spliced . waist of time watching more then one. thumbs down too for the poor jokes.
1:35 sticks? Ouch
كل انسان خلق لزمانه ما ينفع انسان من عصرنا يعيش في زمن اخر .
20:03 I see some things never change. Ripped jeans were in fashion then too.
I think I can do 24 hrs..but I won't last more than a week for sure 😅
No offense but it looks like Europeans couldn't survive black and Spanish would have survived we are the majority now 😮so what that means 😂
The moors had to save the “superior race” from extinction
