From 1941-1945 my Grandad served with the Royal Air Force in Africa. He landed in Cape Town and was a despatch rider and ambulance driver. Through the course of the war he travelled up through Central Africa and was eventually demobbed in Egypt. It’s been amazing watching your travels and relating it to how a young man must have felt back then having never been out of England and suddenly been ‘on tour’ driving trucks through Africa! Keep up the great work! 👏👏👏
Cheers Petit Pois + Bonnie Lad... Great vid - I emailed that place where the bands were out to let them know you were coming! They said they would put their best green & white striped clobber on 👍🤣🤣
This is a cool channel - I have so many small van walk arounds on my feed, I just switch off .. I dont care where your grey water tank is, but I want to see where you go! Everyone has their own idea of adventure, a car park in Falmouth is the start but some never progress past that. Excellent content. Shame I didn’t see your thailand content, you would have been welcome to come and block my driveway.
Many thanks Guys I'm from Angola living in UK Wolverhampton for 29 year I'm so proud of yours and I'm a British proud 🇬🇧❤
been watching a while now, videos are getting better each time. When are you back starting work on the other Truck? 👍
Another great upade and good to see the addition of the Rayban Glasses, going to be some good footage of being asked for money etc
That carnival you encountered on the other side of the border was incredible. Quality of the footage from your Meta glasses is impressive too. Safe travels!
Mate I'm loving these vids👌 been watching since the start, keep em coming bud👍
Looking forward to seeing u in kenya
Bobby I wish I was with you looks fantastic.
Another great episode, thank you both for taking the time to share your trip with us all.
Awww loved the kids dancing and the band. Cute
Oh my goodness! I am glad that I found your you tube channel. These vides are really watchable. No fluff, no posing- just raw traveling. Watching your African journey, has taken me back to my own travels in Africa- Uganda etc. The people of DRC are very similar to Ugandans- friendly. Like any country a few ruin it for the many.
I’m new to the channel do you travel with two big dogs ? I got two St Bernards and we’re looking to travel for 6 months of the year
Africa has changed
Next time visit Uganda too and enjoy the vast wild life, culture and ugandan food and hospitality
Which province did you cross the border from angola to Congo (Zaire, Lunda ?)
Your crazy for going to that part of Africa. It also doesn't help that that truck looks like a military vehicle. I hope u don't get bazookad by mistake. Good luck.
