First practice of the year to master !

@babyblu5590

Oh here it is. The weight transfer. It was a real problem last time. Good improvement!

@leumas0412

The main problem with the technique is that there is no hip rotation through the ball. He basically swings with his arm and the body only follows it. That results in the racket head not getting under the ball enough, which leads to a flat trajectory and, in case of a low bounce (like in the video), the ball has little chance to go over the net.

@ただの素人-n6v

ストロークの動力源であるヒップ(ヒンジ+ドライブ)を1・2・3のリズムで分かりやすく解説している。上級者にとってもに基本の”き”を再確認できる、良質のビデオです。

@migueltennis

@Mcddung-zo9ux

Why do you need to take that mini front foot step in #2? Is it to initiate the weight transfer process?

@nekobx2094

Patrick the "oooooo" was amazing!! 😂

@georgesunaryo5080

I like your excitement😊

3. Sabatini

@jeanbobbb

Great! Thank you!

@bigpapapump1987

He actually demonstrates it wrong! 😂

@madracketscientist

Contradicts physics to compensate for match nerves

Swing out at a 45 degree angle and really compress the top of the ball for the best results, however this requires confidence and mental toughness

Also stay stable but loose all throughout the arm when doing so, from the chest to the wrist

@drewbarton3364

Patrick literally demos an open stance forehand, and then immediately switches it to a closed stance forehand...

@Dolac-malta

Previse stoji frontalno,i mora se lijevo rame vise dole❤❤❤.

@ohmiomizzang

감사합니다~!제가 정말 알고싶었던 포인트예요!❤

@trichereauraphael1261

First to the ball and after to the zone

@AmericanWriterOriginal

Only problem was that he was not clearing the net.

@NosWorld-uo2ho

I love your videos

@Andras1971

The main problem with the forehand is that you have your body in the way. That's why mastering the weight transfer is much harder than on the backhand

@ren2871

Dude is missing in the net because he's swinging across his body and not brushing it up. That's his biggest problem, not the weight transfer and pivot
