It's quite incredible how much homework TFS did when it comes to Cloud, Jenova, Sephiroth, Hojo, Reeve and Tifa. They didn't have to go out of their way and could have just told it straight, but this series provides so much insight into those elements that might have been missed or overlooked in the original game.
