All those tires on top of the warplanes...it's just unbelievable! It might be a somewhat effective tactic to stop the drones from doing too much damage but it looks to be such a desperate move coming from a country that claims to be a superpower. I don't even want to imagine the technical failures of their nuclear missiles or their lack of precision.
